About Course

Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children develop the everyday skills they need to live, learn, and play independently. Through fun, structured activities, OT supports a child’s ability to focus, move their body, use their hands, manage emotions, and follow daily routines. It is especially helpful for children with autism, ADHD, sensory challenges, developmental delays, or learning difficulties.

Our goal is to build confidence, improve independence, and support each child’s overall growth at home, school, and in social life.

What Will You Learn?

  • You will learn how to use your hands and body better for everyday activities. This includes improving hand strength and coordination for writing, coloring, cutting, and eating. You will also learn to focus for longer, follow simple instructions, and manage your emotions during tasks. Through fun, play-based activities, you will gain confidence and become more independent at home, school, and playtime.
  • If you want, I can also make:
  • • A short bullet version
  • • A child-only version
  • • A website or brochure version
  • • An Instagram-friendly version
